The QR code is not read at the entrance, what should I do?
Increase screen brightness and refresh the code. Codes are short-lived; screenshots do not work.
Can I be a member of several gyms with one account?
Yes. One account shows all your gym memberships; switch between them from "My gyms".
How do I link my account to my gym?
If the gym registered your phone number, your membership appears automatically when you sign in. Otherwise ask the front desk for a link code.
Who can see my measurements and workout history?
Only you and authorized trainers at your gym. Sharing your history with other gyms is optional and can be changed in settings.
How do I delete my account?
Create a deletion request from Profile > My data. Records with legal retention periods (e.g. invoices) are kept in anonymized form.
